Wow. I have not been disciplined lately. I have eaten junk, slacked off on my exercising, and just generally not kept up with my efforts to live healthy.
The good news is I haven't gained any weight--not significantly at least.
Last week I was at a class with friends I haven't seen for a while and I got several comments about losing weight. That was very encouraging and hopefully what I need to motivate myself to get busy again.
