I love reading Spark blogs. If I'm having a craving or feeling down, I often turn to reading blogs here on SP. I find it really helpful to take your mind off of something and often times there are motivating words that get you past your hard times. If you ever feel like "quitting" this journey, I might suggest looking at some success stories and reading their blogs!
I love it here but there's one thing that gets under my skin, and it's the term "skinny bitch". I've read blogs where people referred to thin women as "skinny bitches", or someone posts a photo of who they use for inspiration and someone comments that they wouldn't like to look like that "skinny bitch". I shake my head and have to wonder if one of these "skinny bitches" called them a "fat cow", how would they feel? You'd be outraged and hurt!
How is putting down 1 body type any better than putting down another?
How do you know what that person has gone through? Maybe they've lost 100 pounds!
Maybe they wake up everyday wishing they could GAIN weight.
Maybe they don't have the money to feed themselves.
Maybe they suffer from an eating disorder.
So many people in this world suffer from body image issues, 90 pounds or 590 pounds, it's all the same.
There's already so much hate in this world, why not embrace everyone for who they are on the inside?
