Evening all! Today I have felt a lot more inspired to exercise which I think is due to the fact that I decided to join a few challenges! I joined the spring into shape bootcamp which I started straight away and after the kickboxing video I felt a real sense of achievement! I cannot wait to continue with the challenge and really stick with it every single day :)
I need to work on my ability to be strict with myself and not give into unhealthy food temptations, today for lunch I went out to a pub and was tempted by the combo for one. This had onion rings, garlic bread, chicken, scampi, potato wedges and chicken wings! This ate into the calories that I was allowed for today and meant I had to have an extremely small dinner! Portion control seems to be very important when trying to lose weight, this is something I will work on in the coming weeks!
