Just an update, keeping myself accountable

I finally went back to work last night (after three nights off with my ankle and my regular days off) I REALLY WASN'T LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK!!! Oh well responsibility calls, and all in all it wasn't too bad. The swelling finally went down in my foot and ankle, some tenderness but I am looking forward to getting back into an exercise routine. I have a martial arts dvd coming in the mail that I can't wait to try out, but for I am going to start out slow and easy with some walking and maybe look at some exercises I can do to build up my ankles...I really want to start the couch25K program soon...I am not a runner, nor have I ever liked to run at any point in my life, but I see so many pics of sparkers who have done it and it is inspiring...I am tired of giving up on myself and telling myself I can't do something, I am the only one that holds myself back and I am sick of it, so the 5k among other things is for me...I want to prove to myself I can and I will!!!...Also, starting to tomorrow, I am going to officially begin the website for our business as well as do some work on the business plan (I am tired of procrastination out of fear of failing) I no longer want to procrastinate or live in fear of myself, if I fail I fail but at least I tried and I will get back up again and continue to for everything else...I didn't eat anything late last night while at work (one of my goals to stop late night eating) so a small foot in the right direction, yay me!!!!
