28 day bootcamp challenge... week #1 down!

Ducky Darling... Do not read this till you are done!

AND for those of you who are just tuning in, a friend and I are doing SP's 28 day bootcamp workout challenge and today was day #7!!! Here was todays video workout...

Todays workout was for the core. The one earlier in the week was hard, I'm first to admit that but the one today REALLY hurt. I started having some back pain last night so it made it hurt all the more. I admittedly had to stop during the bicycle crunches. I could barely do the lifting of my heavy buttocks during the rocking planks but I pushed through it all the best I could. I wanted to cry a lot but I sucked it up within seconds and pushed through the burn.

I'm proud of myself. I am proud of my friend. While this is kicking my butt, quite literally, I am so glad I am doing this with her. If I didn't have her, I am almost quite certain, I would have given up by now. We all can do this. Just gotta find the one thing that really makes you push through the pain. Right now, when it comes to this challenge, it's my lovely friend JUST-DUCKY.

    Since I didn't do this yesterday, I just did it. I'm glad you warned me not to read before the workout! I did start reading, then changed my My back feels like it's on fire! I had to stop a few times, but got through it. You're doing awesome and I am so proud of you!

    I just wanted to post another comment to say thank you for sharing this. I was inspired, went to the link. watched it, and then printed out the printable version. Then I did it! It got me started on the exercise tonight and I then did 50 minutes of dancing, my vlogs, and then another strength training routine. WOOHOO! And YOU inspired me.
