Still struggling...

I'm still struggling to cut back on the sugar. At least I am back to doing the Ironstrength workout now, which burns mega calories. And I noticed something, too. I have craved less sugar after doing that workout, even for two days after I've done it. I did it on Thursday, ran 2 miles on Friday, then yesterday I had planned to do the Ironstrength workout again, but apparently I strained some neck muscles, because I woke up to a very stiff, painful neck that was also swollen in the back. So I decided to let it rest yesterday. It feels much better today, so I hope to get the workout in this afternoon/tonight.

And by the way, I can't remember if I said somewhere on this Blog that I was supposed to run my first 4-mile run tomorrow, but I was mistaken. It's next Monday. This week the Smartcoach plan has me running 3 miles, 3x (Mon, Wed, and Fri).

    It is hard but it can be done. Just think of it as something that is harming your body and ask yourself it it is what you want to do. It really is harming your body. If you want something sweet then go for some fruit and eat it slowly. That will help.
