I am so excited! I lost 5 pounds this week. I'm doing a little Snoopy dance. You know the one, where Snoopy's feet are moving so fast they don't look like they are moving, but you know he is. That in itself is good exercise.
What did I do? I lowered my sodium intake and my fat intake. What a difference! I was doing evrything right except that. So once I figured it out, off I went!
Did I say I was happy?
I've been basically maintaining for over a year, but now I'm going back down. Never, Ever give up! To close to lose it all now! I'm still dancing!
