I was working for a man the other day whom I had assisted in
moving a family a few years back when my back was so bad
that I could not work much or move around very well.
He saw me climb into the back of my work truck
(under my camper top)
and crawl back and get some tools then squatting
come out onto the tailgate and hop off.
He was shocked and exclaimed ,
"Wow you are sure agile! I remember not to long ago you
could have never done that!"
Hi everyone ,
It is 41 days after I started the world renown Heart and body
lifestyle change or if you like you can call it a diet...
It is not but call em like you wish. My weight trackers and
info are below to share how things are going for me. I have not tracked
since starting since what I eat I am allowed too. The CHIP
plan is easy for me most of the time except at night as always I try
and not over eat. I even over ate at night
(massive amounts sometimes)
many times and my results are still well you can scroll down and see.
I heard a sermon that if you condensed the entire Bible into one
verse that John 3 16 would be a good one. Well in a nutshell CHIPS
is simply eat food as grown. Little to no ingredients on the package
and if it has a face or a biproduct of a animal use it sparingly or
not at all. The program works guys n Gals!
Ok I am about to head out and look at a old school building
to possibly convert into 3 huge lofts to rent out . I have an investor
interested in loaning us the capital , I just got to find the right
property at the right price!

Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family
,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,
many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to
get up period !! !!
