Next Week's Plan
Sunday, May 27, 2012
I haven't known where I've been going for a while now. I'm still in that sort of limbo. I really hate saying that sort of thing here at Spark. I've just being 'going with it' for a while. I do have healthy eating habits and main time I've been slacking is tea time - So that's better than slacking for whole days?
I know what I need more than anything, and it's a workout plan. A plan right in front of me that I can go to each day and not have to think about anything, just have it right there telling me "DO THIS TODAY!".
You'd think with there being SO MANY online sites full of free workouts on offer, there would be no problem having something to do every day, but it's so easy to be lazy and not bother to look around, so I've made a plan for this week. This is what it looks like.
(I used some fresh ideas from my good Spark-friend PENFOLDROCKS, different suggested sites etc, I've fallen inlove with a new one - lovingfit.com - goooody!!)
Monday - Zumba & ZWOW#7
Tuesday - Rose Among Thorns (lovingfit.com)
Wednesday - Transform Your Booty (Bodyrock)
Thursday - Abs workout (menshealthmagazine)
Friday/Saturday - KB Warrior W/out (maxwellsc.com) [Friday or Saturday, and choose a short 12 min workout for the other day)
(I will also be doing a class or two as well as Zumba, but haven't finalised which ones/days with my class-mate (ha!) so... y'know, they'll be added to this list too.)
So, yes, it isn't wonderful, and I'm not shooting too high. I've chosen workouts that don't look too tough so that I actually start them. Except for the Warrior workout. Hmmm. But once I get going during the week, things will get easier.
I shall weigh myself when I get home later (I'm at work right now) and then will probably shoot towards a little loss. Yes. I'll create some more goals in the weightloss department. I'm also creating a shopping list - Which I'll do later with the husband so that I don't create one now and then he will refuse everything on the list - so we're best to do it together, lol.
So there we have it. Let's go again. :)
