Lately, I've been munching too much. I need to quit constantly munching when I'm not really hungry! Also, I have to make sure I exercise more! Last week (on Saturday), I stopped exercising for 5 days because my whole body was aching after Tracey Mallet's Booty Barre workout! And I didn't even do all the reps continuously! I couldn't! I found it too strenuous! I had to stop midway many times. But still, my whole body was aching for days, including my back! Even my thighs and calves were aching.
I could have exercised last Thursday but my Aunt from Singapore was here and we ended up spending the day at the mall. We walked a lot though, so it wasn't a total loss. The previous Thursday, I skipped working out because my Mom and I went to the night market (pasar malam). We got lost of fruit! Rambutans, guavas, langsat and plums (I got 6 for RM5! Cool, eh?!).
I'll have to make sure I don't go beyond my calorie limit and I exercise consistently. I did 50 minutes of Pilates today. I love doing Pilates, especially Cassey Ho's Pilates workouts! ( www.blogilates.com
) But I also have to ensure I get my cardio in as well!
I skipped church again today! Too early in the morning for me, I'm just not a morning person! No matter how much I try, I will always be a night-bird that rises at noon! I know! I'm sooooo naughty! lol!
