Sunday, May 27, 2012

Vlog about 5-26-12 - exercise and food..
Insteead of dancing later, I hooped for 10 mins, mowed lawn for 27 more, and then after shopping, I did another full hour of weed whacking the whole lawn that was overgrown about 2.5 feet high.

Saw someone else mentioned the idea of a bowl for Nessa - giving her some water along the way.

YUM on the omelet! emoticon

Bring a water bottle and dish for your dog on the walk so they can hydrate. Last year my dog collapsed on a trail. If it wasn't for the quick help of others she would have died. She's a 90 lb dog and they lifted her into the back of my vehicle and off I went to the Animal Hospital. They immediately plunged her into a cool bath and got the IV going. She did have permanent nerve damage to her hind legs due to the heat stroke so I can't take her long distance walking. It was only 70 degree's out but we were walking on a black topped paved trail.

Happy Memorial Day weekend!

I love when you stand in front of that beautiful bush. Such a calming view. I'm so happy for your success. You motivate me to exercise and that's almost impossible to do. lol Have a beautiful day.
