1. Workouts - keep to schedule with my pump program(ST)
*****Only 1X this week too...still not quite up to par...next week will be better
2. BodyBalance 2 or 3X a week...
*****Only once this week...still sick this week...dealing with a throat infection...it's coming along.
3. BodyCombat 3X a week - have been stuck in a spin rut.
*****Only 1X this week...to hard to breath...at least spinning I can stop to take in a few breaths...
4. Morning Workouts - I really need to get this back on track!!
*****Getting better...at least for me...4X this week got it in before 10am...it's making it nice to actually have lunch at lunch time...lol...not a 2pm while running out the door!!
5. DIET - Really tracking and reviewing my food intake. Sodium is going crazy...
*****I actually started to take pics of everything I put in my mouth...it's actually helping...no way I'm taking pics of those chips I would really LOVE to eat...LOLOL
6. NO SNACKING - after 8pm...this is going to be a tough one...but well worth the effort. It's a habit that needs to be broken!!
*****did really well this week...did snack but all good ones and not in overabundance...am looking forward to Tuesday's weigh in!!
