I am so happy that I am slowly but surely reaching my goals. I know I do not have to be perfect to make it to my goal just keep working in the right direction and I will get there day by day. I am paying attention to what I am doing more rather than being oblivious to what I am doing. It is so easy to fool yourself into thinking you are doing better than you really are so keeping track and making records really gives you a clear indication of what is going on and what you need to change about what you are doing.
