I will not keep letting life pass me by. I am dedicated to being healthier. I quit smoking monday and am now trying to do all of my workouts and a bit more if I can. I will not be keeping track of my food at this time. However, I am going to try to watch what I eat. I am focused on my smoking right now. Today is the first day without a cig and i hope that yesterday was last one with a cig.
