Wow, I can't believe this is my first post this year. I re-dedicated myself to getting healthy in March and things have been goin pretty good, except for a two week eposiode of bronchitis but all better now. I found that not only do I enjoy my almost daily walks but they put me in a better mood. I have will admit though, that I have a fear of getting on the scale. Just the possiblity of the scale not showing progress is scary. Lately, I have been going thru my closet pulling out and trying on my skinny clothes (**clothes that are too small but I just refuse to throw out**) and there have been a few pieces that I can now fit into with ease. emoticon

During this month I have added a few things to my fitness schedule, I found a great morning Zumba class in my area and I have enlisted the help of Youtube. Let my tell you if your not sure about dropping alot of money on excercise dvd's or goin to classes check it out.

So I have decided to make June 15th my offical weigh in day. I am hoping to see those numbers drop just a little but if not I still take pride knowing that some of my skinny clothes now fit
