I am just letting you know I am doing okay. Personal things (mostly negative, sad, hurtful stuff) going on in my life. Example: sad for my mom who had surgery and is confused when I talk to her on phone (she has dementia). Don't feel like explaining the rest.

Good new is my nephew and his mom (Ralph's son and ex) are visiting for an overnight this Sunday evening.

Have a great holiday weekend spark buddies.

Here for you Anne! I'm praying for you and your mom. I understand how difficult dementia is to deal with, especially for anyone close to that person! My father in-law passed after almost ten years with it. My heart goes out to you. Hang in there and enjoy the company of your family members. Through it all I hope you can still feel loved on this holiday and always.

Sad stuff comes and goes. The hurtful stuff you should not have to deal with. So sorry.

I'm sorry about your mom and the difficulties you're facing. Any time you need to vent or cry or scream, l'll be happy to listen.

Hang in there! Seems like sometimes the crappy stuff gangs up on us. To copy a quote that I heard recently:

"In the end, it will be alright. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
