Well evening everyone,
I am typing this whilst lord of the rings is one and my hubby to be in bathing with his ducks hahaha......
At the moment I would say that my stress levels are extremely high, my emotions can run from laughter to crying or screaming etc.... due to my upcoming wedding (preparation nightmare!) adoption application for 2 kids and both me and my partner have been told our jobs are closing soon. Just thinking about it is driving my levels up!!!!!!!!!
On the good side thou, my partner has been accepted for two assessments and I have been successful for a new job if all the checks go through :o)
I have decided that it is time for me to be selfish and to start looking after me as normally everyone else usually comes first :oP to be honest its not something that I mind about and I will struggle to make some me time.
I don't even no where to start?????
SO! The first start of my plan is to join the anti stress team, which i have done the next is to join a section which can send me some helpful hints.
If you read this and have any ideas please send on (every little helps as the saying goes)
Well that me for now, tommorrow is another day. I going to now tuff out my partner in the bath and start me relax time.
