10. I値l have more energy and stamina
11. I値l make a better impression on employers, clients, and patients
12. I値l be less inhibited about my body
13. I値l enjoy physical intimacy more
14. I値l feel as if I致e accomplished something important
15. I値l be more willing to do certain things in public, like swim or dance
16. I値l feel in control
17. I will lead a more active life style
18. I will be confident, happy, and pleased to be in my own skin
19. I will be proud of my self-control and discipline
