Here are 28 reasons I want to establish good eating habits before I turn 28:

1. I’ll look better and feel more attractive
2. I’ll have more confidence
3. I’ll be able to wear more fashionable clothes
4. I’ll be able to buy fancy new underwear!
5. I’ll feel happier when I look in the mirror.
6. I’ll enjoy shopping and getting dressed
7. I’ll feel better in a bathing suit
8. I won’t be so self-conscious
9. I’ll feel better physically.
10. I’ll have more energy and stamina
11. I’ll make a better impression on employers, clients, and patients
12. I’ll be less inhibited about my body
13. I’ll enjoy physical intimacy more
14. I’ll feel as if I’ve accomplished something important
15. I’ll be more willing to do certain things in public, like swim or dance
16. I’ll feel in control
17. I will lead a more active life style
18. I will be confident, happy, and pleased to be in my own skin
19. I will be proud of my self-control and discipline
20. I will feel healthier and more fit
21. I will feel “pretty” no matter what I wear or how I’m lounging
22. I won’t be embarrassed or ashamed to see friends
23. I will have the skills to master other difficult areas of my life
24. I won’t spend so much time stressing about food, because eating well will be second-nature
25. I will have more mental and emotional reserves
26. I will live in a way more in accordance with my values
27. I will love seeing pictures of myself
28. I will have a wardrobe I feel really good about in a stable size
