I was a couple weeks ahead of schedule on my goal weight of 228 by the 31st. so I was gonna see how much more I could lose by then, but my work got totally out of hand and ended up not being able to exercise during the rest of the time and even tho I thought I was eating right I evidently wasn't. I gained back 2 pounds which put me at 230. I was very upset but I knew it was just a snag. I dont know how I did it because my work is still very crazy and I still couldnt exercise this last week but I'm back down to the 228. Thank Goodness. I'm setting my next goal for July 31st and want to lose another 8-10 lbs. So we will see how I do. I cant get this eating/exercising down with my work schedule when its all over the board. Somedays I work a store in the morning and at night then there are days I work them in the morning or at night. (I do inventory for a living so I'm at a 24/7 job.) I make my own food/snacks and take them with me. I dont eat out at all. I bring my water. Its got to be the lack of sleep somedays and the no exercising. If anyone can give me some suggestions I would really appreciate it. There are days I have maybe a couple hours in between stores, I may have already worked 8 hrs that morning then have to go to another store that night. Those are the days that kill me plus the travel to get to them. But hey I made my goal for the last couple months. Gotta keep going. Have a long way to go.
