Finished the Spring Challenge last night. That was the first challenge I have completed. Can't really say that I see or feel any of the results I should. Guess I need to experiment some more and see what is gonna work for me and yield the results I want.
For cardio I have been doing Walk Away the Pounds. Normally the 3 miles weight loss dvd. Think I may start alternating that with the 5 really big miles just to keep a little variety. I like those dvds cause they get my heart rate up but the footwork isn't so complex that I have problems with it.
