As part of my plan to get healthier and put better foods in my body I am going to try and eat 50-75% of my meals raw for one week. If I feel better after that week I will continue and possibly up the raw foods and slowly remove the other foods. So far today, I have been successful. I had a green smoothe and yogurt for breakfast. For lunch I am having raw oatmeal with 1 cup of raspberries and agave nectar. Not sure what will be for my snacks/ dinner as I am going to let my body tell when to eat today. Nothing is scheduled for me other than massive amounts of housework, which I will get done and finishing up week 5 of the zombie challenge. Tomorrow, I may only be able to do the raw foods for breakfast as we will be out of town for "church" and then we are having a cook out with a local pastor and some other friends. We are going to discuss our plan to use extreme couponing to help local charities. The first charity to get out help will be the local homeless shelter. (The pastor who is coming over has been instrumental in getting this shelter up and running). For those of you in the zombie apocalypse challenge, I will try and post the exercises for week 6 tonight or possibly very late tomorrow. Keep doing your cardio, remember its the first rule.
