My goal this week was to hit 20,000 steps by the end of the week. On Monday I was at 16,465, Tuesday was 19,431, Wednesday - 18,090, Thursday - 17,952 and finally Friday I barely broke 10,000. Friday is my day to work the church thrift shop and my steps are usually somewhat lower as I can't get my walk in before I need to be there but I make up for it with all the heavy lifting and moving stock, etc.
Yesterday afternoon after I got home I got up from my desk chair and my ankle hurt like crazy although I don't recall doing anything that would cause it to hurt. It is a great deal better this morning but I will take the day off from walking so there's another low day for steps!
I'm going to get on the stationary bike and see if I can get 45 minutes on that done.
