My gym routine is getting old, even though I have a gym buddy which makes the cardio fly by...I feel like I am in a slump. My heart just isn't into it and it shows in my burned calories, because I am not working as hard. So I think my new challenge is finding things I love to do that have a good burn rate as well. Today I have some heavy gardening to do, digging up and divided plants and replanting. Last weekend I did white water rafting. I think I am going to try to mix it up a bit and schedule activities on the weekend that are fun or enjoyable to me that actually have a calorie burn as well.
