Today was bad as far as calories go lol but man i had all my favs! First off i had some potato skins with cheese and bacon...around 500 cals
Then we went to garden ridge and got some scrub tops for the new job so i finaly have the right color lol. well on the way past garden ridge we saw a star bucks a quick turn around later we were at the starbucks counter ordering a small choc chip frapinchino...i drank about 3/4 of it and left the other 1/4 with the wipped topping in the trash...(My rule for cheating is i can have what i want but when im done actually enjoying it, it goes in the trash!) The closes starbucks to us is that one which is about an hour away so i enjoy it when i get it lol iv had it about 10 times in my life thats it! So with my coffee i got a choco chip brownie which i ate after i had dinner which was dakotas. I love there chicken licken sandwich...6oz grilled chicken breast with swiss cheese bacon and honey mustard...i skiped the frys and rolls and just had this huge sandwhich which is really what i enjoy anyway! why have the other when its not really what i go there for? Why waste the calories? Well later after driving around with my bestie blaring the music we decide to pull into dairy queen really quick on the way to krogers and i got a small vanilla cone. I ate about 3/4 of the ice cream on top and threw the rest of it in the trast fully satisfied with my treat. I then went to prodoce to check out this stuff i heard of called Artic Zero. Its kinda like ice cream and the only reason i didnt try it was because its 6$ a flipping pint! Wow, but its only 37 cals for a half cup and tons of protein and fiber...so after i talk to the girl whos blog i read about it in, to make sure its really worth it for flipping 6$ i guess im gonna pick up some to try. I also picked up a fresh pineapple and some nectarines which both smelled so good! I completly frogot my flipping oatmeal tho...oh well. Did pick up some green tea to try. Well that was my cheat day and i got in all my favs and should be good for another week!
