"Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge" - Week 4, Day 6

1) 33 minutes cardio done at fitness center.
2) Hips, thighs, gluteus video done. Just once today.
3) Keeping track of food and was within calorie range.
4) Keeping track of water and was well over 8 cups.
5) 5 servings of fruits and vegetables consumed.
One more day!
Tonight's Beethoven/Bruckner concert was pretty amazing. More refined than last night's, as is typical. And once again, I count my blessings for the gift of music, and for the gift of being able to sing with this amazing orchestra not once, but *four* times this season....
