This week went by pretty quickly. I was so happy to see a loss on the scale on Wednesday. I weigh myself every morning while hubby is in the shower. I yelled out "finally" When I saw the number on the scale. I told him it has been months with just a little loss. For a chick that was losing 2-3 pounds a week 3 months with no big loss is hard.
I get on the scale every morning. I know some people say weekly or monthly but every morning is working for me. I take in to consideration that some days are going to be up and some are going to be down. Since Wednesday I have weighed 211 or so each day. I will not count that weight until next week. Lots of things could happen to make that change.
I also went to a cardiologist this week. He says my irregular heart beat can be the sign of a weak heart so we are doing more tests. I spent 24 hours with a Holter monitor on and it was awful. Those electrodes were uncomfortable and tore my skin when they were removed. I will also do an echocardiogram next week. Maybe they will say my job is too stressful and tell me to quit. :)
The whole heart rhythm could be nothing so I am not too worried yet. I joke that only I can lose almost 110 pounds and still have heart problems.

May 2012 Goals
Exercise 2500+ minutes
Thanks to being sick I may not make this one. However I have made my exercise more intense each workout so I am not just getting in minutes.
Run/Walk 3 times a week
Take one active rest day per week
Do Strength Training 4-5 times a week
A little behind this week.
Eat 6-7 Freggies a day
One day per week allow myself to go over calories by 100 or so. Just to reset my metabolism
Try a New Type of Exercise In May
I did a new spark video. It was 20 minutes.
