Things turned out well with the audit. We may actually get a refund. Thank goodness for my attorney. What a wonderful guy. All he asked for doing all this is for all of us to go to dinner. We aren't quite finished yet, but the worst is over.

Home inspection today went really well. No issues at all.

Got a call for another possible listing. That would make two this week.

After a long night arguing with my son, we finally got in his paperwork to apply for an internship at the place he has been volunteering since January 2011. Hoping he gets it as he graduates from high school on June 8.

As far as my friend staying with us, we have talked about it and feel that she should be with her family. I am not equipped to deal with the after care or emotional care that one needs after a mastectomy. My house is certainly not a quiet place to recoup. I have 2 kids, 2 cats, a dog and plenty of chaos. I also have my son's graduation party coming up and a ton of things on my plate. I won't be home at all and it is not fair to leave it up to my daughter. I really hope my friend understands. I feel bad, but do not feel that I can give her the support she will need.

Went and rode JC today. I was exhausted, but he was very good. I am hoping to get back out there tomorrow to spend more time with him. We'll see what happens with the storms. Right now, things are looking up :)
