My hope for this summer was that I would have lost at least 20lbs by June 21th.
This was my New Year Resolution the beginning of 2012. It isn't happening because I just won't stick to any dietary or exercise plan for any appreciable length of time for it to make a difference.
However I can say that along the way I am learning a lot about myself, some things I need to change, some I need to modify, and some I need to build on.
This enforces my belief that you can learn from every situation.
