it's a new day

It's been an emotional week for me but I don't feel defeated. I just finished an hourlong workout, which was probably the best thing I could have done for myself tonight.

I feel hopeful.
I feel proud of myself.
I feel content.

That all might change next month, or tomorrow, but tonight it feels good.

    Yay for you. Just remember the feeling after your workout.. that's what gets me through the days I don't want to workout, and it helps immensely!

    Awesome! Keep it up and you will be amazed at the results! I have found that when you exersize, you get the biggest bang for your buck. It's literally the only thing I can do that keeps me changing, adapting, and growing (in a good way).

    As long you have a moment to savor this feeling now...Keep working out and it will get better day by day. You know what they say about endorphins and praying, makes the body stronger and the soul happier (yes, I made that up but you get the point). Just hang in gets better, you saw the proof today...Tomorrow is another new day as well! emoticon emoticon
