Monday 5-21~~~~ 3 miles in 55 minutes
Tuesday 5-22~~~ Day Off
Wednesday 5-23~~~ 3 miles in 54 minutes
Thursday 5-24~~~ 3 miles in 54 minutes
Friday 5-25~~~ 2 miles in 38 minutes
Saturday 5-26 ~~~ I will have to wait and see when Saturday gets here.
This is great accomplishment for me.
When I started Spark People, I only focused on my nutrition for the whole month of January and then in February starting my walking regimen. I started out walking 1/2 mile 3 times a week. Then eventually moved up to 1 mile 3 times a week. Then eventually i starting doing 3 days of 1 mile and 2 days of 2 miles. And now look at me. WOW. And I am not finished this week, I still have tomorrow. I even signed up for my first 5k for June 8th. So excited. Before Spark People, I had no motivation to do anything and now I just keep going.
Anybody can do this if they put effort into it.
