so i did a belly dancing workout today. it was a video that i found on youtube.
i had a great time doing it. i prefer dancing cardio workout vs. boot camp workout because with a dancing workout i feel like i'm working towards something. usually at the end of the dance workout you do a routine and i really like that.
have you ever done a belly dancing workout? if so, how do u like it?
