Did awesome SO FAR!!
Lucnh: 6 Inch Itilian Herbs and Cheese (its friday why not??) Gutted out the bread, Double Meat Turkey, Extra tomato, Light Mayo, Banana Peppers
Snack:? Dont know yet its only 2:30
Dinner: Havent Planned that yet! NO carbs though!!
Workout: Ran most of the lake today 4 or 5 1min walking break!! Very slow pace but atleast i was using most of my body!!!! I feel GREAT!
