I love me some fitspo. and have a good collection of images that motivate me- some maybe a little too much. I want to be that model (yes, most are still models) and truth is- I won't be. And that reality- on bad days- can make me depressed. so stupid I know. Like everything in life- moderation is key! Just be happy being you, and being BETTER. Whatever better means for you- moving more, getting that workout in, lifting heavier, running farther, eating smaller portions, eating those veggies, etc... Be SMART about goals. I may never be a fitness model, but I'm healthier and feel better about myself. And I'm Ok with that (on good days).
