This is the one that I want to find when the Biggest Loser Turn Up The Heat Summer challenge is finished.
I will know I have succeeded because.
1. My weight will be less than 210.
2. I will have exercised more than 90 % of the days.
3. I will be used to eating on schedule.
4. I will be eating lots of tasty vegetables DAILY.
5. I will only eat a reasonable portion of dessert on Sunday and only Sunday.
6. I will track my food either on paper or SP. So I can see what I have eaten during the challenge.
7. I will also have tracked compliance with my non weight goals.
8. I will have read a book a week.
My little guy is so amazing. He is not allowed to have milk for 30 days. He loves milk and milk product but he is complying, without understanding. I can eat well too.
