I did pretty well yesterday. I did mini-ST workouts at work - throughout the day I ended up doing 10 sets of 10 squats & 10 wall push-ups. My legs are feeling it today.
I used my new 10 lb dumbbells for some more ST at home. Normally I have been doing 4-5 sets of 10 reps with my 5 lb ones. Well I managed 3 sets of 10 reps at the 10 lb ones. I definitely felt it and feel it a bit today. Next time - probably Monday - I will do 3 sets again and try for better form - I have to admit on the last set I was pretty sloppy.
Tonight after work I am getting together with two of my friends, one is bringing her dog, we are going to take a long walk and then picnic in the park. It is supposed to be beautiful today so I am really looking forward to the sunshine, activity, and good company.
