Well it's a gorgeous day here in the UK. Bring on the weekend!
Tried cardio for the first time yesterday, probably should have waited as I was in a teeny bit of pain before I started. It was ok, just felt weird though
I iced it when I got home straight away.
This morning when I woke up I was super worried that it would hurt, physio said if there was any pain I needed to go back to the start.
So far there has been no pain. I am still being ultra careful though, walking gently etc. I've not taken an anti-inflammatory though or put any gel on it, so things are looking up....
On another note, zero-snacking is going ok. I am back to 10 stone\140 pounds which is pretty cool. Had some lovely meals recently, filled with nutrients and stayed within ranges. Win!
