Been away over a year. Starting again. Weighed this morning. Then, I walked Emmett (our boxer) to LA Cann Gardens and back. Nice morning outside. Ate breakfast - this is one goal I really need to work on. Had a banana and a bagel with a bit of peanut butter. The only time I usually eat breakfast is when it's a full breakfast - meat, eggs, biscuits, gravy. Most workdays I skip it altogether. I plan to make a change in that habit. Going to get some bagels and fruit to keep at the office. I also have started lifting a weight behind my head to help with the flabby arms. I'm going to go look now for a new recipe to try, something healthy for dinner. Have a great day all!
