MayPAC week 3

It disappeared yesterday.
Planned on hitting the road with a friend so did some stationary bike in the AM then nothing. Dh is PMSing and brought me down with his scathing comments.
So today I need to get up and move.
I started this week with a bang Sunday. Bike ride and stationary cycling.
Monday hit the road and walked. Tuesday got in a walk and stationary cycling.
Then went over my calories. Wednesday I did not get in my walk as there were registration issues to work on and got a bike ride in.
Yesterday AM got on the stationary bike and then skipped my walk. Cleaned defunked the camper and prepared it for the weekend.
The scale has yet to move. I know I need to incorporate more fruits and veggies and less chips and bread products to make that happen. Next week I am incorporating mandatory breakfasts. I tend to aviod eating in the Am as I find my self snacking all day. so I am going to make a good 300 calorie breakfast and not munch on junk.
It is great to see all of the spark challengers doing so great loosing weight. I hope you all continue as everytime I read that someone is loosing weight or hitting goals, it encourages me to keep trying.
