long week end

It's going to be a long week end...

What have you done to make it a healthy one??

I have planned my meals, got fresh fruits and vegetables ready so the high fat snacks don't tempt me. I bought watermelon, for my sweet treat. I have sun screen and lots of water and sugarless tea to keep me safe there too. I have planned my exercise routine too, lots of hiking, walking and hoping some swimming too....

planning is the true key to success, it also stops the worry some people have about what will I do when everyone else is eating empty calories...

Don't for get the almost calorie free jello and pop cysles....they can help get you over the hump cool and refreshing...
