Spring BL Challenge Reflections

Friday, May 25, 2012

I may not have reached the goal of weight loss that I had hoped for, but am grateful for the 18 pounds I did lose, and grateful for the many new healthy habits I have started using in my everyday life, and soooo very grateful for each and every one of my emoticonteammates!

My next chapter of my losing experience will be the upcoming Summer Challenge which will be for 10 weeks, and I am looking forward to really taking off the pounds, as I have a very important personal goal~~ to get as healthy as I can during the next 3 months so that when I have my surgery at end of Aug., I won't be in such a risky shape as I am now! This is my Dr's orders and I am doing it gladly!

My next steps on my journey that I am commiting to are as follows:
1.continue to make healthy choices every day with what I eat and portion sizes
2.continue to increase my exercise as I go
3.do not have sugars or white carbs
4.drink drink drink my water
5.keep reading motivating articles and know that I can do anything I set my mind to do!
6. Thank my God every day for my many many blessings
