So I am not the best at actually getting my rear end into gear and doing workouts. I rip out workouts from the magazines i read, but never actually do them. I really need to get my priorities straight. I'm going to be 22 next month and I am no where near losing 22 lbs by then.
I read about these people who lower the amount of carbs they ate 2 consecutive days in a week. They supposedly lost 8 lbs the first week. Maybe I will try that. See how it does. Hopefully I can do that as a start. Gotta get my exercises in though. Having no room means I need to improvise on the work-outs i do. Gotta change em up.
Well here's hoping.

    I enjoy going to our local pool. It doesn't cost too much and it has everything you need. Once you get in a routine you will lose the weight you want to lose!! Good Luck you can do it emoticon

    I do the same thing. Ripping out works from magazines and never doing them. That's interesting about the carb thing, I've been thinking about a low carb diet. And I can sympathize having no space to workout, gotta love apartments emoticon
