well I had a sugar attack at work yesterday. I ate 2 cookies. I am proud of my self for stopping at just 2 . I also had sweet tea again. Otherwise I believe I have done very well during my first week . I hope I will get to go on my bike ride today. Its been raining so much lately that I haven't been able to go. I really am enjoying those rides. It so much fun going down the hills. I hate going up the hills.Oh well, the more hills I go up the better the ride is for me.

  If it is any consolation, sweet tea usually has less calories than a regular soda according to restaurant nutrition information. A 32 oz. sweet tea at McDonald's has 230 calories where a 32 oz. Coke has 310 calories. A 12 oz. sweet tea has 90 calories, 16 oz has 120, and 21 oz. has 150 calories (which is about the same calories as a can of soda). You don't have to get the large sweet tea. Get plenty of ice and you will cut the calories. This should be a lifestyle change. If you can control how much and how often you splurge on calories, you can eat a treat a few times a week. The key is moderation. Good luck!
