So today was/is very windy and I think it helped to power me. I walked 3miles in an hour straight through. I could have done more but my knees started to feel weird and I don't wanna push it. I'm at 1744 calories burned, twice as much as it has my goal per week and the isn't over yet! I've noticed I sometimes go into a "mindless" walk mode or maybe a meditative state while walking and it makes it not so much of a hard thing to do at time.
