Any day now I will be dropping many pounds, thatís the thought that keeps me motivated. I know itís impossible to cut your calorie intake and gain weight, but tell that to my bodyís metabolism. I am looking at the big picture long term.
My goal today is to plan my Saturday dinner out. I will be going to the restaurants website and studying their menu and try and come up with the meal that will keep me on track. I need to get past this in order to keep the monument going. Tomorrow I will discuss my menu choices and their calories.
Now if only my body would cooperate I would feel better.
