it's all there, black and white.
exercise: 5 miles sloooow jogging.
meals: lovely leftovers for lunch - the bok choy broccoli tofu stir fry, with a tempeh "chicken salad" collard wrap to fill in the cracks.
dinner - saved up the rest of the calories for dinner in town - and when you're vegan, you know just what the plan is - black bean tostada. and i will NOT have chips and salsa first (trigger alert trigger alert trigger alert....).
weight holding steady in the 111s.
and work is working away...
