So I decided to go back to my toolbox and pull out some of my spark basics. What I mean by that is, I started back tracking my food today. I am challenging myself to do it for 30 days consectively. That will be a TRUE challenge for me, but I am for the challenge. :)
I also decided that I am putting my scale away and will NOT be weighing myself for a little bit. I was getting that "scale obesession" that we sometimes get and knew it was time to take it out of the bathroom, so that I can avoid the temptation to get on it daily.
Saturday is the end of the week and I decided that would be my 4th day of exercise for the week. I did good this week. Monday and Tuesday I got in some kick butt workouts!!! On Wednesday I didn't feel like doing much of anything, so I made myself play Just Dance 3 for 25 minutes. I didn't sweat like I did on Monday and Tuesday, but I managed to work up a small mist on my body. :)
My goals for next week is to workout Sun, Mon, Tues & Thurs. I HAVE to something physical on the weekends as it keeps me accountable on the weekends. So I will decide what I will do closer to that time.
