I see I am down four pounds from my last weigh-in on May 4, 2012. That is such good news! As anyone who reads my updates knows, I have been exercising like the dickens. In fact, I am looking forward to water aerobics in the gym's warm therapy pool this evening.
The new thing I am trying is simply eating when I am hungry and stopping when I am full.
That's it but there is more to the program and I am still learning. I have a hard time trusting myself but everything so far feels so right. I ate calmly this week and didn't feel any of the usual feelings of sadness, deprivation, or rebellion. Could it possibly work?
