Received a 250 Fitness minutes award from Spark today. That may not seem like much to those of you who are regular fitness gurus, but for me, this is huge! I'm getting to the point where I look forward to my walk and can't wait to do it.
I'm slowly feeling better (thanks for your encouragement.)
It's been a long haul and with so much going on, I'll be glad to get back to class next week.
Actually, that brings up something I need to learn how to do - relax. I'm going a bit stir crazy here waiting for something to do. Are there things I could do? Absolutely, cleaning, yard work, decluttering, you name it - but for some reason, I am struggling with time on my hands.
I think it's part of all the changes though.
Onward we go...
