Good day to you Sparkland!! The last 2 months I have not been doing the best job with my weight loss. So, I started thinking what's going on here!! I'm going to blog every day what I eat (healthy or not) and the time I eat it. I have noticed I snack a lot between 1 - 3 pm. So, I'm going to blog my food intake and hopefully get some support and advice!!
