For TNT (tighten and tone) in BLC (Biggest Loser challenge) this week, we were given a BONUS exercise challenge! Below are the links to 2 of the exercises that could be attempted. I really thought my arm strength was getting pretty good until I attempted these. My goal is going to be to work towards being able to complete 2 sets of at least 10 reps of each of these exercises by the end of this year. There were actually 3 BONUS exercises, but I was having difficulty trying to find a way to link that one here as well. I really liked challenging myself to attempt these exercises, and I am looking forward to working towards achieving this goal!
